I feel like I should post, but there’s nothing really interesting to say… I ran 8 this morning, 9 min/mi, and I’m pretty sure my left ankle is mildly sprained or something from landing on it badly coming off the wall during climbing. Weekly mileage so far: 44. If all goes well, I’ll be able to get in 26 on the trails on Saturday – flies and weather and ankles/calves/bone spurs permitting, that is!
